Important Safety & Event Reminders

• Beat the Heat: With the ongoing heatwave warning in Nova Gorica, please prioritize your health. Hydrate constantly, drink plenty of water or electrolyte-enriched sports drinks, and make full use of shaded areas or cooling spots before and after your race.  

• Cheer for the Champions: Once your own race is finished, don't head back just yet! Grab a cold drink, join us in the spectator arenas, and help us create an unforgettable, loud atmosphere as we cheer on the elite youth athletes competing in the main EYOC championships.
